Psychotherapy offers a safe non judgmental space where a client can be assisted to improve their mental well being. Current problems, often having their roots in the past are addressed in such a way that the client gains awareness and insight which then points the direction to possible solutions. All dilemmas are welcomed, big and small. They are viewed as opportunity for growth and change. No topic is off limits. At a very practical level psychotherapy is helpful around anything which brings us to a state of negativity .This includes all pain, anger, shame, grief and loss, and fear and doubt.
